This Legal & General section consolidates previously separated Terms of Service and Certification references into a unified overview relevant to PT. Farrald Teknindo operations.
1. Scope of Services
We provide inspection, calibration, certification support, engineering assessment, and integrity management consulting within the Oil & Gas and related industrial sectors. All engagements are governed by mutually agreed proposals or work orders.
2. Professional Standards
Execution aligns with applicable Indonesian MIGAS regulations, relevant API / ASME / ISO standards, and accredited methodological frameworks. Certificates and inspection reports are issued only after completion of required verification steps.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate technical data & safe access to assets.
- Ensure readiness of permits, isolation & safety preparation.
- Notify us promptly of condition changes or incidents.
4. Limitation of Liability
Inspection findings represent conditions observed at time of survey. We are not responsible for undisclosed operational changes or post-report modifications. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Methodologies, templates, and analytical models remain proprietary. Deliverables may not be reproduced except internally or as required for regulatory submission, without prior written consent.
6. Compliance & Certification
References to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17020 relate to our management system and inspection body accreditation scope. Usage of logos follows accreditation body guidelines.
7. Force Majeure
Delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, regulatory embargo, critical infrastructure failure) shall extend timelines without penalty.
8. Governing Law
These provisions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed by amicable negotiation; if unresolved, jurisdiction rests with competent Indonesian courts.
9. Amendments
We may update these general legal terms to reflect regulatory evolution or service scope changes. The published version supersedes all prior iterations.
